Can I book on hotel-travel24.com without a credit card?
No, limited by the technicality of online booking it is only possible to book with credit card details, so your room is guaranteed for a late arrival. Booking without a credit card is only available by telephone/mail. Please keep in mind that your room will only be hold until 6:00 p.m. on day of arrival. If you already know that you are arriving after 6.00 p.m., please provide your credit card as a guarantee upon booking. The card will not be charged in advance. You can choose the payment method when you Check-in.

When do I need a credit card to book?
If you book online or make a guaranteed booking by phone / e-mail, you will need a credit card. Please not that reservations during periods of fairs and events can only be placed with a credit card.

How do I book when travelling with children?
Due to the standardized room concept, the maximum number of guests per room is 2. If you are traveling with children, we offer the booking of a second room located next to each other. Baby cots can only be provided by prior arrangement (please call us or send an e-mail).

How much does it cost to bring my pet?
Pets are allowed on request and cost 16,00 EUR/pet/night.

At Travel24 you pay upon your arrival at check-in. If you have booked our SMART-Rate, the payment process has already been made by completing your booking.

FLEX-RATE: No, the credit card is being verified and serves as a guarantee for your booking. Your stay is to be paid at check-in. SMART-Rate: Yes, you saved 7,00 EUR with the time of booking and your credit card will be charged directly. No payment is required at check-in.
